Shipping policy

Orders are shipped by the method chosen at checkout.  Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the carrier to give you the best rate possible.  To estimate shipping prior to placing your order, add items to cart, view the cart, and then use the Shipping Estimator tool on that page.  

love, Pittsburgh is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, or for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.  In the event packages are marked as delivered but are not received, customers must contact their shipping carrier first to conduct a search and investigation to find their package.
